3 Steps

The AI Fresco is a friendly collaborative workshop aimed at better integrate  and understanding artificial intelligence and identifying relevant use cases (concrete, quick to implement, identified and prevented risks, demonstrable ROI).

1. Pre-work questionnaire:

 

  • Sent out to participants in advance, this questionnaire aims to obtain an overview of the audience’s AI maturity (knowledge, use, forward-looking outlook).

2. The AI Fresco®

 

  • Introduction to artificial intelligence.
  • Creation of the AI Fresco based on use cases, identifiable consequences and success conditions
  • Discussions, sharing and Conclusion by participants around their Frescoes and their feelings.
  • Proposals for concrete actions to implement on a daily basis.

3. Wrap – up

 

  • Presentation of the results, in order to retain verbatim quotes from the event, and the direction to follow in order to position AI within the company’s strategy.

The participants, gathered in teams of 8 to 16 people, identify and draw links between the cards of the game to build a real “Collage”.
